These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 9bdb platform and its users. By using our services through the 9bdb website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 9bdb, you must provide accurate and complete information. If information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, the account may be cancelled.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed and any bonuses earned from those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If your login credentials are lost or you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 9bdb support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification

9bdb reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. Government-issued ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The following methods are available for depositing funds at 9bdb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification or security review.

• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by 9bdb.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled while it is being processed.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Methods

Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through accounts belonging to the same owner. If a transaction is identified under a different name, the account will be suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for bonuses is 10x, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds on any game exceeds a certain maximum amount, the wagering progress may be voided.
• 9bdb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

9bdb has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. VIP benefits may change at the sole discretion of 9bdb.

6.1 Fair Play

9bdb believes in fair play. All games offered on our platform are operated in a fair and impartial manner. If a technical malfunction occurs in any game, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each market in the sports betting section has its own rules, which are published on the market-specific page. Once a bet is accepted, it may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If there is a technical error in setting the odds.
• If accurate information was unavailable at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Game Results
